学术成就
从事水生经济动物良种繁育研究工作,解析重要生产性状的形成机理,通过性别控制等技术手段培育优良新品种。建立了鱼类性别控制技术和高效育苗技术,构建了草鱼、鳜鱼、石斑鱼等全基因组精细图谱和高密度遗传连锁图谱,建立复杂性状遗传网络解析技术,开展全基因组选择育种技术,基因操作技术和基因芯片等现代精准育种技术研究,与企业合作培育三个水产新品种“虎龙杂交斑”、“云龙石斑鱼”和全雌翘嘴鳜“鼎鳜1号”。研究成果发表于Nature Genetics、Genomics、Aquaculture、Endocrinology、Biology of Reproduction等国际权威期刊;发表论文210多篇,其中SCI收录160多篇,申请专利50多项,获得授权35项;获得教育部自然科学奖一等奖2项,教育部科技进步奖一等奖1项,广东省科技进步奖一等奖1项,广东省农业技术推广奖一等奖1项,全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖1项。
